Packing & Carton
Inspect individual bag packing, carton strength, carton marks, inner carton quantity and pallet arrangement.
Final Random Inspection
Random sampling per AQL 2.5 standard for visual defects and AQL 0 for critical defects before shipment.

What do you inspect before shipment?
We check material, cutting, sewing, logo, size, function, packing and carton details before shipment.
Can you follow buyer inspection requirements?
Please send the inspection checklist or retail requirements before production so we can review the details.
Do you provide testing reports?
Please contact us if your project requires specific testing, material reports or compliance documents.
What is your AQL standard for finished product inspection?
We follow AQL 2.5 for major visual defects and AQL 0 for critical defects. Detailed acceptance criteria can be shared and agreed before production.
Do you support third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes. We welcome SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or other inspection agencies. Please confirm the inspection standard and timeline before production so we can coordinate the schedule.
Will you share production photos or videos before shipment?
Yes. We provide photos or short videos of the production line, packing line, carton marks and container loading before shipment.
What happens if products do not pass the QC check?
Non-conforming products are separated, marked and reworked. Only products that pass re-inspection are packed for shipment. A QC report can be shared upon request.
